At Mar Bella Soap Studio, we’re committed to ensuring that you absolutely love your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we're here to help. Your satisfaction is our priority, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

 

Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of the rest. We insure all shipments, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. We will send you a replacement so you can fully enjoy your products as intended.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure your package is delivered without delay. While we cannot offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address, we will do our best to resolve the situation if a package is returned to us due to a shipping error. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

 

Exchanges

Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We’re confident you’ll love your Mar Bella products, but if they don’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer an exchange for shop credit on any unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Return the item to us using the shipping address provided by our customer service team. Refunds and store credits will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

Natural Variations:

Because our products are lovingly handcrafted using natural ingredients, there may be slight variations between batches. These small differences are part of what makes each item unique and special, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

 

Sale and Discounted Items:

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please be sure of your purchase before completing your order.
